Our search technology, which requires the biggest, most complicated science words to describe, is designed to sift through our products to find something just for you.
You know all about the cool designs on W.Francis. But what about the product? It’s always a good idea to check out a product’s features, before you buy.
On each product page there is a tab just below the Add to Cart called 'Details'. Click on this to find out the specifications of the product.
You'll also find additional product images on each page which show the intricate details of each product up close.
When you place your order we go to work creating your product.
Normally it takes 3-5 business days to print, cut, sew then ship each order. This can extend to 7 business days from late November through to Christmas.
After dispatching your order, it takes 3 to 5 business days in the USA, 6 to 8 business days to Canada and 7 to 13 business days everywhere else.
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and include full tracking to delivery.

On your email receipt, you will find a link to check your order status.
Click through and it will provide you with information if your order has shipped and the tracking number.
If you’ve got questions or concerns, it will also let you know how to contact us for further information.

Ever wondered how and where our products are made, well here it is.
All of our products are custom made just for us by a luxury home decor manufacturer in North Carolina, USA.
Throw Pillows, Duvet Covers & Tote bags are printed, cut and sewn by our manufacturer in NC, USA.
Wall Tapestries and Shower Curtains are printed by our manufacturer in NC, USA on imported fabric which has been cut and sewn to size overseas.

Change of mind return:
To qualify for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com for our return procedure.
If your item arrives with a product defect (damaged in the post or a printing issue), we provide a no return refund. Just provide photo's of the defect and we'll be happy to sort everything out.
Accidentally sent your order to the wrong address? Again?
Don't Panic. Just contact us as soon as possible and we'll happily make the change on our end if your order hasn't shipped yet.
If your order has already shipped, we can always send a replacement order to your new address. Just get in touch with us.
Because each product on W.Francis is made to order (no ‘off the rack’ here), we can’t make changes to orders that have been finalized and shipped.
