Everything on the W.Francis is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door. While the majority of orders are printed and dispatched within 24-72 hours, some may occasionally take up to 4 business days.

Shipping time after dispatch is dependent on the shipping method chosen.

Returns

Not in love with your new purchase? (That smell is a by-product of the printing process. We swear it’s temporary.)
